Construction of a 5-storey Minergie-P multi-activity building on a total contracting basis, comprising :

• Basement: parking, cellars and technical rooms;
• A first floor including a crèche ;
• Floor 1: offices ;
• Floors 2 and 3: 12 duplex condominiums.

The client has entrusted Bativert SA with the design, planning, management and execution of the turnkey acceptance of the building, parking lot and external landscaping. The crèche with its offices on the first floor and the office space on the 1st floor will be converted.
