As general planner for the project, Bativert SA oversaw the design and implementation of the AEAI-compliant interior facades of the atrium at the Geneva Business Center. This involved the total dismantling of the existing facades, with the complete reconstruction of a new E30 envelope of around 1,000 square metres in glazed timber elements. After studying and finalizing the budget, schedule and specifications, Bativert SA took on the role of coordinating the various contractors, advising the client, monitoring the budget and controlling costs, as well as carrying out the TD. A special feature of this project was the creation of an Ei60 protective wall between the occupied offices and the construction site, to ensure that tenants could continue their activities during the works.
