Public contract - Mandate to supervise and manage the conversion of a dwelling into
administrative premises, including the installation of photovoltaic solar panels and a heat pump.

The mandate is divided into different service phases:

• Support and management of the preparatory phase
• Coordination of agents
• Phase 41: Invitation to tender, comparison of bids and award proposal
• Phase 51: Co-coordination and company contracts
• Phase 52: Construction management and cost control
• Phase 53: Commissioning assistance - completion.
