• Phases 32 to 33: Project planning and phasing, submission of building permit ;
• Phase 41: Invitation to tender, comparison of bids and proposal for award ;
• Phase 51: Co-coordination and company contracts ;
• Phase 52: Construction management and cost control ;
• Phase 53: Commissioning assistance - completion.
