As 2024 draws to a close, let's take stock of a year rich in successes. This year, Bativert SA has successfully completed numerous projects, both new-build and renovation. The company has won over owners and institutions with promising projects for 2025. Here is a selection of the projects we were entrusted with throughout the year.

1. Renovation of a private residence in Anières (GE)

Construction management contract for the supervision and coordination of interior and exterior fit-out work on a high-rise private residence.

Services provided:
- Support and management of the preparatory phase;
- Phase 32: establishment of the general cost estimate for the work (+/- 10% of the future construction cost), establishment of the general intentional schedule;
- Phase 41: invitations to tender, comparison of bids and award proposals;
- Phase 51: coordination and contracting;
- Phase 52: construction management and cost control;
- Phase 53: assistance with commissioning and completion.

2. Construction of a multi-activity and housing complex in Echallens (VD)

Realization of a Minergie-P multi-activity building, on 5 levels:
- Basement: parking, cellars and technical premises;
- Ground floor: nursery;
- Floor 1: offices;
- Floors 2 and 3: 12 duplex condominiums.

The client entrusted Bativert SA with the design, planning, management and execution of the turnkey building, parking lot and external works. The crèche and its offices on the first floor, as well as the office space on the 1st floor, will be converted.

3. User Project Management Assistance for the Geneva Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (GE)

The Musée d'Art Moderne et Contemporain de Genève (MAMCO) called on the Bativert SA team as Assistant to the Master of Use (AM-U) during the design and tender phases of the renovation program for the Contemporary Art Building.

Context: as the MAMCO is the "user" of most of the program, it must define its needs and communicate them precisely and in advance to the project team.

Since September 2022, the Bativert SA team has been working to defend the technical, financial and quality interests of the MAMCO project within the framework of the project design by the City of Geneva, the project owner.

4. Feasibility study for an international organization in Geneva (GE)

Cost estimation and planning for an international organization.

Services provided:
- Understanding of the site and the client's needs;
- Calculation of the volumes and surfaces of the existing buildings concerned;
- Establishment and implementation of a program calculation (3 options), with integration of the notion of order of magnitude;
- Establishment of a summary cost estimate at +/- 20% of the construction costs per programmatic option;
- Establishment of an intentional and realistic schedule per programmatic option;
- Establishment of a final explanatory and summary note.

5. Renovation of the Maison Communale in Jussy (GE)

Public contract - Mandate to supervise and manage the conversion of a dwelling into office space and the installation of photovoltaic solar panels and a heat pump.

Services provided:
- Support and management of the preparatory phase;
- Coordination of contractors;
- Phase 41: invitations to tender, comparison of bids and award proposals;
- Phase 51: coordination and contracts with contractors;
- Phase 52: construction management and cost control;
- Phase 53: assistance with commissioning - completion.

6. Renovation of Tennis Club de Lancy (GE)

Public contract - Client's representative mandate for the redevelopment, improvement and expansion of the existing tennis club.

Services rendered:
- Phase 1: project management and selection of architect;
- Phase 2: selection of specialist contractors and study credit;
- Phase 3: study;
- Phase 4: call for tenders;
- Phase 5: execution.
