Works Manager
Training: Architect or engineer with 10 years' experience.
Start date: to be agreed.
Open-ended contract.
If you're passionate about building and renovating, have good technical skills and want to join a dynamic team.
As part of Bativert SA's expansion, we are looking for a construction manager to join our team and take on new and exciting challenges in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.
Main tasks:
- Project management;
- Coordination of contractors during execution phase;
- Tender management;
- Financial management of projects;
- Cost control;
- Reporting to project manager and management;
- Planning and management of works.
Profile required:
- Several years' experience in construction management in Switzerland;
- Generalist in construction and mastery of all building trades (shell and finishings);
- Experience in renovation and high-standing will be highly appreciated;
- Increased knowledge of current SIA standards;
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, MS Project, Messerli);
- Interest in new technologies;
- Autonomous, rigorous, responsive and flexible personality;
- Team player, communicator and good negotiator.
